Anna Silk

Anna Silk is a Canadian actor born January 31, 1974. Her most well-known role is for her role as Bo on the Showcase television show Lost Girl. Silk was made by Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay Silk as well as Peter Silk were the parents of Silk. Ilkay is a playwright and director. She also is a drama teacher at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna is able to recall the earliest moments of her existence, such as watching and participating in rehearsals of shows. In Fredericton on April 10, 2011they renewed their vows after her conversion to Judaism. Silk got a baby who was named Samuel Jerome Cooperman on May 13th, 2013. Her second son Levi Aaron was born on May 13, 2016. Silk's TV work is a part of Being Erica as Cassidy Holland for which she won the Gemini Awards nod in 2009. In 2009, she got the lead role as Bo Dennis a succubus in the Canadian television show Lost Girl. Silk revealed to fans her good announcement that she became pregnant during the filming of season 3. The show was a pre-show exclusive for Season Three. This was broadcasted by Showcase in a special Season Three show held January 6th, 2013 prior to the series' premiere. Silk tweeted on June 20th 2013 that the series was returning for a fourth season of the production. Fourth season began on June 4th 2013 by Showcase and Prodigy Pictures. The character she played Bo and Lauren (Zoie Palmer) as same-sex lovers on Lost Girl was named one of the most popular Television Couples from CNN (Cable News Network) and named the Top Television Couple of 2013 by E! Entertainment Television. Because of the show's popularity, Silk has earned a significant internet following via social media.
